How to use abortion pills?
The abortion pill process has several steps and includes two different medicines.

Firstly put 3 pills under the tongue for 30 minutes until
they melt and swallow. Then insert 2 pills deep into the vagina and pad
yourself. Expect cramps immediately and bleeding may start after 30
minutes using medication.
USAGE OF OPTION 2
1 Mife pill is dissolve under the tongue or take it with water just like any other pills on the first day. (nothing much is expected), then 24 hours later put and dissolve (3) Miso pills under the tongue for 30 minutes. Keep on swallowing your saliva and not the tablet till the tables are dissolve. After 30 minutes you can swallow everything and clean your mouth.
Bleeding is expected within 1-5 hours after using the second set of pills.
USAGE OF OPTION 3
2 Mife pills are dissolved under the tongue for 30 minutes and then swallowed. Then 24 hours later put and dissolve (4) Miso pills under the tongue for 30 minutes. Keep on swallowing your saliva and not the tablet till the tablets are dissolved. After 30 minutes you can swallow everything and clean your mouth.
Then Wait for 4 hours before dissolving (2) pills under the tongue again. Bleeding is expected within 1 - 5 hours and miscarriage is expected to occur the same day.
Some women may have bleeding that lasts from 2–6 weeks. Bleeding may be spotty, dark brown, and include clots.
Often there is no bleeding for the first few days immediately following the abortion, then hormonal changes may cause bleeding as heavy as a period around the third or fifth day and increased cramping.
How long Do You Bleed After Using The Abortion Pill?
You're expected to bleed normally like the menstrual period, and you may pass small blood clots. Bleeding usually stops after 1-2 weeks, but some women spot until their next period.
Sometimes you may have a short episode of pain, with a gush of blood or a clot several weeks after the abortion - contact us if this continues.
The abortion pill causes cramping and pain that can last several hours before you actually start bleeding.
It's normal to have some bleeding and spotting for several weeks after your abortion.
How Do You Know If The Abortion Pill Worked?
90% of women experience cramping and bleeding within a few hours after taking abortion pills. This is a good indicator that the abortion pill has worked.
Another good indicator is bleeding and passing of large blood clots. Cramping helps the uterus return to its usual state.
Why does the blood smell after an abortion?
Blood coming out after an abortion may be lighter at first but should normalize within a few months. The blood or discharge you have shouldn't smell bad. The foul-smelling discharge could be a sign of infection.

Bleeding 4 Weeks After Abortion. Should I get worried?
It's common to bleed for 1 to 2 weeks after either type of abortion. Some women find that the blood flow will stop and then start again.
The bleeding should taper off after a week or two. You may continue to have some light bleeding or spotting for a few weeks afterward, or until your next period
Followups After abortion pill
The last step is a follow-up after successful abortion. You may go back into the health center for an ultrasound or blood test. Or you can get a pregnancy tester and test yourself at home.
